When retail customers of one of Britain's largest computer manufacturers turn on their new computers, "Tiny Trainer" gives them a tour of the desktop, introduces the Mentors for Windows, Outlook Express, and Internet Explorer, and helps them sign up for an Internet account. This custom work won Mentor CLS an international award from the Society for Technical Communication, but more importantly, it has helped Tiny Computers differentiate their product in a highly competitive market.
