Norwalk, CT, September 25, 2000 —VSI Communications Group, Inc. today announced it is releasing three robust new solutions for companies that want to quickly and effectively educate and support employees in Lotus QuickPlace, Lotus Sametime, and Lotus TeamRoom. Mentor™ for Lotus QuickPlace, Mentor™ for Lotus Sametime, and Mentor™ for Lotus TeamRoom provide companies comprehensive e-Learning tools for employees to master these applications as they use them. With 30 just-in-time demonstration modules, Mentor™ for Lotus QuickPlace enables employees to quickly understand how to create documents, manage folders and customize the QuickPlace project rooms by adding users and assigning access levels.

Mentor™ for Lotus Sametime offers more than 45 multimedia demonstrations that teach show team members how to conduct online, real-time meetings regardless of where team members are located. Mentor also teaches employees how to integrate Sametime with AOL Instant Messenger and use the Sametime whiteboard for more effective real-time online presentations.
