Pre-Rollout Communications Moves to a New Level
Experience and user feedback create two more effective options
Norwalk, Connecticut, USA, October 16, 2003 Mentor Media Group, Inc. has released two new versions of its highly successful Pre-Rollout Communication program(PRC). The new PRCs are available now for Lotus Notes 6, and will be completed for other systems by the end of 2003. (A PRC is an add-on feature, sold only with its corresponding Mentor.)
After years of experience with Pre-Rollout Communication and considerable customer feedback, Mentor Media Group has redesigned the PRC, and created two versions, to make it even more attractive and effective. Now, you can give your people a strong introduction to the software and its benefits, before it is rolled out, with a single, engaging email or a series of three.
"Any company installing new enterprise software, or migrating to a new version like Notes 6, needs to give people an introduction to it," says Dan Gallo, CEO of Mentor Media Group, "and it needs to be engaging, efficient, and powerful communication. Our PRCs are all that. In very little time, and without expensive meetings or classes, they can turn people's resistance into motivation, and their fears into comfort."
One PRC version consists of a
single email, with text and graphics directing the user to links to multimedia presentations from the corresponding Mentor, covering the new system's organization, capabilities, and selected functions. The user can explore the new system from the desktop, home office, laptop, any network connected PC. Before the new software is thrust on them, they know what to expect, why they should like it, and, of course, how to get help from the Mentor.
The other version breaks the introduction into three emails, which can be distributed over the week or two before deployment. Either version can be customized, for an additional fee, to fit the customer's rollout specifics.
